Let's freakin' go! This is what I'm talking about. I was gonna ask, why not just take ur functional trainer and turn the front tracks slightly and be like literally no one else. I'm interested in the ability to incline bench because that looked like it was limited in the all-in-one. I'm guessing so, but please tell me if I'm wrong. What's the weight capacity? Can't wait to hear the specs of this from someone like coop, or glucks, or heck, even ur own company. Please get info out about this asap, please!

Just completed assembling mine. This video does help a lot but it may be outdated for the newer version of the system. First, you need a 24mm socket for the bottom and top frames. And he put the selectorizer on upside down. If you do it his way, you wont be able to use the top holes. And make sure you all label the bolts before starting. Don't know why they don't label them for us. Lasty, if you ordered the back upright attachment, it provides little to no stability. You still going to need to bolt it to the wall or floor.

Bro this is something that was invented over 50 years ago Edit: by the way, tell your shippers to package your products better before sending them out. Your 130ibs weight system is not going to make it in the 1/8th cardboard used with the single piece of tape.

Chest expander. These were used in the olden days before cable pulley systems were invented.

Two recommendations for this; adding them to the SS3/4 off sets the weight and gives you an unstable "spider bar" which is great for good mornings and when the lighter the bar the more instability you will experience so when using the 25 lbs BOS Arch Nemesis bar, that swing is accentuated.

Just had an idea. Fabricate a removable, multi grip attachment that can connect between the two handles for additional grip options for rows and presses. This may not be a million dollar idea, but it's at least a 2K dollar idea, yours absolutely free in exchange for a free Dreadmill unit.

could you mount this to a 2 post squat rack? vs going on a cage.

This with 3x3 uprights, a 300lbs stack, and a higher low row with a foot plate would be incredibly competitive with options like the Rep Ares and Fringe Sport Dane for significantly less money; as is I'm likely going to pick this up over the upcoming Rogue FML-HR based on price alone, but I am a bit concerned about how light-duty this seems to be in comparison.

what's the width of this setup? can this be done with the manticore?

Just assembled mine two days ago. The same day i received it. I had watched the video about 3 times before I started to assemble it. While it was being shipped. I did it just like this guy says to do it. I unpacked everything first before assembling much of it. As i started i used the bolts that he said to use and i counted the ones in the package and it made it easy to figure out which ones were which. It is even easier now because the step of driving in the pin into the top plate of the weight stack is already done. So one step that is not necessary any longer. Most of the assembly went perfectly and all of the holes lined up perfectly no messing around at all. I was impressed at how easy this was to assemble. But it is not because of the paper instructions, they are not that great at assembly. This video is the key to success. The pulleys were very simple to install watching him do it first. The other side was the same i did not need to watch the video as it was fairly simple. Putting weights takes some time and i have not put on the weight stickers as of yet. I figured i will at my next workout. I will use the pin to help with the alignment of the stickers. I also bought the pins to add up to 25 lbs more to the weight stack and they work perfect. No problems at all. I cannot believe how smooth it works. It took me about an hour to unpack the boxes. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to assemble by myself. Two people might help a little but not really needed. Putting the two towers together with the top brace early on really helped. But i put both sides together like the video before i connected them in the middle. I did not tighten any bolts until the end. The only skimpy pieces on the whole unit were the carabiners and the cheap chain. But useable for sure. I cannot stress enough to watch the video and do the bolts like he says. No headaches and no problem assembly. Everything was so well packaged and protected too. Very impressive how well everything was packed together. Everything was wrapped on the palate and boxed well. I did a quick video of the boxes and not on the assembly on madmaxketo on you tube. If you are interested to see how the boxes arrive.

I’ll be in on this preorder for sure !! Awesome product! I can’t tell from this angle but is there room to put j cups on that same side uprights ? As in on the inside of the rack. I have your hydra lat pull down attachment and storage posts taking up my back uprights, would need to get my cups on the inside of the front uprights to make this work.
